At Shirt Framing, every framed shirt and memorabilia display is handcrafted to order. We take great pride in the quality of our work and want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy explains when returns are accepted and the circumstances in which refunds may be issued.
Bespoke & Custom Items (Non‑Returnable)
Most of our products are bespoke, meaning they are made specifically to your requirements. This includes:

Shirt framing

Memorabilia framing
-
Custom layouts
-
Mounts containing personalised text
-
Plaques containing personalised text
-
Any design that includes imagery, photos, or artwork supplied by you

Any made‑to‑order frame or display
These bespoke items are non‑refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, in accordance with UK consumer law for custom‑made goods.
If a bespoke item arrives damaged or faulty, please see the “Damages and Issues” section below.
Returns for Non‑Custom Items
If you purchase a non‑custom, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives:

…contact us within 48 hours at sales@shirtframing.co.uk with clear photos so we can assess the issue and put it right.
For damaged bespoke items, we will repair or replace the item where appropriate.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Bespoke or personalised items (including framed shirts, custom mounts, plaques with text, or any design incorporating imagery)

Items damaged through misuse or incorrect handling

Sale items
-
Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
Because bespoke items cannot be returned, exchanges are not available for custom orders.
For non‑custom items, the quickest way to exchange is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (for eligible non‑custom items), we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
