1. Production Time

Because all frames are handcrafted, production times vary:

• Please allow 3-5 working days for production.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

2. Delivery

We ship using trusted couriers such as DPD, DHL, Royal Mail, or UPS.

Delivery times:

• UK Mainland: 1–3 working days

3. Tracking

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos of any damage to packaging and product

• We will work with the courier to resolve the issue
